Ternate, N Maluku, May 8 (Antara) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is scheduled to inaugurate new facilities at several seaports, including in Tapaleo, Tepeleo Village, North Patani, Central Halmahera District, North Maluku Province, on Monday.
The inauguration will mark the beginning of a work visit by the president to North Maluku, Bey Machmudin, head of the Press, Media and Information Bureau at the Presidential Secretariat, noted in a statement.
Facilities to be inaugurated are located in the seaports of Tapaleo, Wayabuka, and Bicoli.
Jokowi is being accompanied by First Lady Iriana, Agrarian and Land Spatial Minister Sofyan Djalil, Education and Culture Minister Muhadjir Effendy, Health Minister Nila Moeloek, Social Affairs Minister Khofifah Indar Parawansa, and Head of the Presidential Staff Teten Masduki.
